I am sole proprietor of HMK Coaching & Consulting since 2013 and more recently HMK Mobile Notary & Loan Signing. I have been a Florida commissioned notary for 25+ years and commissioned for Remote Online Notarizations (RON). Prior to starting my own business, I had a 25-year career as a legal assistant/paralegal in the areas of family law, personal injury, estate planning, social security, and workers comp, and minimal experience in real estate and immigration (document preparation), working for large and boutique firms. I have accumulated a vast knowledge of the documents frequently notarized - deeds, title transfers, POAs, wills, affidavits, etc.

I hold memberships with the National Notary Association and American Association of Notaries. I am professionally trained and certified by the nationally acclaimed Loan Signing System and NNA. As with all of my services, I provide exceptional signings due to my real estate background and familiarity with the process.

I am also a registered Premarital Course Provider and Wedding Officiant in Broward County, and also have certifications in Professional Coaching and Chaplaincy.

I have been a resident of Broward and Palm Beach Counties for the past 43 years. I am acquainted with the transient and diverse community that Florida affords, and will accommodate all of my clients with professional, reliable, detailed-oriented, and excellent customer relations and services.
