At every signing, I ensure that the borrower(s) has a great signing experience, and correctly fills out all the forms required. I also ensure that borrowers do not miss any signatures, dates or initials. 

I make sure that forms like the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all critical documents are all filled out completely, signed and dated properly so that there are not any funding issues.
