My experience includes, but is not limited to Safe Deposit Box Witnessing, Seller's Packages, Refinances, Purchase Packages & Loan Modifications so I am knowledgeable about printing on the correct paper size. If scanbacks are requested, I do so right after the signing.📥

I am neither a Lender nor an Attorney, so I do not go beyond, to advise financial or legal advice. I give space for signers to read documents, not pressuring or rushing them to sign.
