As a notary public, I am eager to use my experience in handling various types of documents, including loan signings, contracts, affidavits, powers of attorney, deeds, along with a number of other notary services. My role is to ensure that the signers are who they say they are, that they are signing willingly, and that all legal requirements are met to prevent fraud and ensure the legality of the documents.
