Hello,

My name is Lorena Wilson. I have had my Notary Commission since January 2022. I took my signing agent course through NNA also in January 2022. I was RON approved with the state of Florida in February 2022. I am currently training through a self-guided platform: Notary Stars. I am also a member of the Notary Business Builder and study the courses they offer there. I have both Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud; though I am still learning both. My business: Confidential Mobile Services, LLC is licensed, insured, bonded, and now BBB accredited.

I have had direct calls and completed many distinct types of in-person document signings and jobs through title, lender, and attorney offices; as well as through the public. I have done one general notary work online through Cyberize It. I have a paid membership through Cyberize It online.

I will travel up to 200 miles within Florida from my home zip code 32438. I have traveled over 100 miles one way for signings. I am flexible in the location and times. If a client needs to get a signing done earlier, I can usually accommodate.

My fees are straight forward. My base rate is $10 per notarized signature and $30 for solemnizing the rights of matrimony. When I travel for notary work, I charge an applicable fee of no more than $1 per mile for traveling round trip. I do not provide witnesses, unless one of my relatives over 18 years of age is ok and that would be a $25 fee if local. If documents are notarized by me as a Certified Notary Signing Agent, my fee will alter a little bit. Please message or call for more details.

I can fax, scan, and print. I have a subscription with SRFAX, the HIPP plan. I have a brother MFC-L89000CDW dual tray printer. My printer is a Laser color printer with both letter and legal paper in trays. Adobe on my laptop will print documents to the page size that it was sent in. My phone has an Adobe scan app so if you need certain pages scanned, ASAP, I can do that right from the table.

For returning documents. I like to take the documents to the local FedEx customer center (201 Mosley DR, Lynn Haven, FL 32444 Hours: M-F 9 to 6 Sat 9 to 2) and UPS customer center (3205 Minnesota Ave, Panama City, FL 32405 Hours: 10:15 to 5:30) in Lynn Haven, Florida. I have delivered documents to the lender/title company if local versus shipping the documents. I have also used the drop at Dollar General and CVS by handing directly to the employee and getting a receipt or text confirmation when I was asked to do so.

I have worked in the banking, hospitality, and senior home care industries. I understand paying attention to details, confidentiality, work ethics, morals, and having patience in certain demographics. Arriving on-time and prepared, notarizing in the presence of the signer, making sure the certificate is compliant to my state, properly verifying the signer's identification, and giving the appropriate oath or taking an acknowledgment are all especially important parts of filling out the notarial certificate and performing a notarization properly.
