Background Screened” Notary Signing Agent. My experience
includes refinance mortgages, 1st / 2nd loans, and applications.
My busiest day included 7 error-free refinance mortgages with fax- backs.

I am a professional Certified Notary Signing Agent thru the NNA for
the State of Florida with over twelve years experience and about
1500+ successful signings.

I service the following Florida counties: Walton, Okaloosa, and Bay.
I normally travel up to 20 miles; and over that amount with a
negotiable fee. I do have a Laser Printer and High Speed Internet
access. I also have current E&O Insurance.
