I have been a notary public in two states; 11 years in florida and 2 years in massachusetts. I have been a residential real estate sales associate in florida for 4 years.   i am professionally equipped to handle e-docs, fax backs, and scanning and have a lexmark power horse dual tray printer and 64 bit vista home premium system.Yes. I am new to loan signing per se, but with my previous experience it has been an easy transition to notarizing real estate documents.
