I offer a solid financial/mortgage background and education. I have an Associates of Arts Degree in Accounting, Bachelor's of Science Degree in Finance from Florida State University. I initially became a Notary/LSA in November 2002, where I've executed signings on and off. I've been in real estate for nearly 20 years and my mortgage background includes originating, processing, and underwriting residential and commercial loans(primarily hotels and fix n flip projects) title processing, title escrow accountant, as well as notarizing residential and commercial documents.
