Shantell Hadley is a dynamic and mission-driven professional with over a decade of experience in healthcare, finance, and operations leadership. She brings over 12 years of expertise in the healthcare industry, including eight years of supervisory and administrative operations experience and eight years in finance, accounting, and billing.

As the founder of CPNTServices, Shantell has served the State of Florida for eight years as a Notary Public and Legal Professional, offering Travel and Remote Notary Services, Tax Preparation, and a range of specialized legal document services including mortgage signings (VA, refinance, reverse, and new home loans), deeds, powers of attorney, debt reconciliations, and VIN verifications.

A Gainesville, Florida native, Shantell holds a Master of Business Administration in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Organizational Management. Her passion for community engagement is reflected in her extensive leadership and volunteer roles.
