Hello! My name is Veronica Hinkle. My background is diverse yet rooted in customer service. My professional experience spans over two decades. From educating members about their insurance options to running a children's enrichment program from scratch, I bring a unique skillset.

I believe this has culminated in the preparation to be a Notary Public. Each client interaction is treated with respect, care, and professionalism.

I understand the importance of handling these documents containing sensitive information in the utmost secure manner. You can trust that the client will be walked through their documents thoroughly. The signed documents will be returned in a timely fashion, as required. Communication will be ongoing from to start to finish to ensure you aware of the stage in the process. If any errors occur, the document(s) will be executed again and delivered as quickly as possible.

My family and I relocated from Sacramento, CA to Gainesville, FL in August 2024. It is exciting to serve Gainesville clients and build a hyper local community. I am available on Thursday and Friday evenings and on weekends.

For the past several months, I have volunteered at a local library offering Notary Outreach to the community. This has proven to be invaluable as it increased the breadth of documents to be notarized and familiarity with them. I have also completed several Power Of Attorney documents, majority of which required visits bedside to nursing homes.

Additionally, I am building a nationwide network of notaries for apostille liaison services. Locally I have offered my witness services. I have a local network from which I can provide witness services as well.

Fun fact: I am a self-professed document lover. I am detail-oriented and read the fine print.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve in this capacity! I do not take lightly the privilege to build these relationships around my family needs.
