I am familiar with the documents required for single refinance loans, first and second (piggyback) loans, HELOC, reverse mortgage transactions, time-share transfers or sales, purchases, structured settlements, debt settlements, affidavits, power of attorneys, living trusts and wills. Additional fees apply for early and after hours assignments and larger loan packages (i.e. HECM and reverse mortgages).
