I'm a notary since 2020. I am RON certify, I took loan signing services course by Mark Wills and received my certification and I'm a member of NNA.
I know how to fill out PCOR, TRUST, etc. I am an Accountant so I'M VERY detail oriented in everything I do. I also run a Tax business so I understand deadlines and accuracy!!! My goal is to make sure each documents are signed(NO MISSED INTIAL or SIGNATURE ALLOWED) and my escrow looks good. Also the buyer get their keys!!! Its an excited time and I want to help make sure it happen accurately, efficiently and timeliness. I want my escrow happy and the borrower! "LET'S GO!"
