I am bonded and carry $25,000 of Errors and Omission insurance. Personally, I’ve been a buyer, seller and refinanced properties. Professionally, I am a retired federal law enforcement officer. As an officer of the court and law enforcement officer, I interacted with clients, judges and the general public in Court, in the office, in the community and during home visits. I’ve reviewed court documents with clients to acknowledge understanding of forms before affixing their signature. Additionally I managed a calendar of staggered appointments and court cases. These skill sets attest to my interpersonal skills, ability to be detail oriented, manage appointments, and ensure documents are signed properly, all of which are critical as a loan signing agent.
