I have been in the mortgage industry processing since 2006. I am dedicated to each and every client. I am also a Notary Public, RON, A member of the NNA, and I have my associates degree in Accounting. I am also Bilingual, Speaks English and Spanish.

I am responsible to review all loans for completeness and accuracy. Responsible for communicating and obtaining the loan approval conditions. As a processor I deal directly with the lenders underwriters to clear all underwriting conditions.

I have good interpersonal and customer service skills, I remains main point of contact with borrower from application to closing and funding. I have time management and good organization skills. I works within established regulations and adhere to law requirements at all times. I forge trust relationships and enhance customer dedication.
