While embracing a new prescriptive within the signing world, I plan to apply my newly learned notary knowledge to exucute the perfect loan signing. I am background screened, insured, and bonded. I have no problem printing as many documents as I have to for my clients to ensure the closing is exucuted properly, using my dual tray printer. This also includes scanning the documents back for review. I will do my absolute best not to miss any signatures, initials or dates due to my understanding of the many funding conditions that are at stake. The purpose of what I do will be making sure that you have a flawless and error-free closing.
