I am trained and certified by the NNA (National Notary Association) and the LSS (Loan Signing System). Although I'm new to the signing agent industry, I have several years experience as a loan officer and a loan officer assistant, and would regularly attend all local closings as a loan officer. Therefore, I am very familiar with the loan closing/signing process and with all of the documents in a loan package, and I also understand completely the importance and urgency of conducting a flawless signing in order to ensure on-time funding of a loan.
