Hi, my name is Angela M. Spann. I have been a Paralegal and a Notary for over 21 years.
I currently work at a law firm that focuses on Wealth Management/Asset Protection/Estate Planning. I draft loan documents for U.S. Properties for our International Lender/Trustee for offshore loans. I also organize and label all documents for both sides to execute and notarize. It is my duty to coordinate the loan signing with the borrower(s) and their attorney(s). If the property is in Florida, I notarize the documents. I've worked in the fields of Complex Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Foreclosures and Collections as well as Commercial Real Estate. All of that to say, I am very detailed and analytical in my work; it is a must! Also, privacy of the information that I come across!

Real Estate Paralegal work: I helped with the ordering and the review of title documents including surveys, prepared, and finalized loan documents, attended and was the in-house signing agent for the closings, at the law firm that I worked for at the time.

I am available in all of Miami-Dade County, Southern Broward County and Northern Monroe County (33037, 33036 and 33070). I would be willing to go to the mid and lower Keys, but it would depend on the offer.
