My years of experience in the mortgage industry are beneficial in helping guide and direct signers to sign the mortgage loan documents. Because of my loan officer experience, you can rest assured that I know the importance of time-sensitive documents being completed and returned in a timely manner once the signing is completed.
I have also performed commercial property inspection work as a field inspector, so I am very comfortable with contacting the client to schedule their loan signing, capable of working independently, following directions, and meeting deadlines.
I make it a habit to triple check all documents especially crucial documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel to ensure they are filled out properly, but if there is an occasion a mistake is made, I will take care of it immediately, and always keep you informed throughout the entire signing process.
