I am a commissioned notary public located in west central Florida, north of Tampa. I am NNA and LSS Certified, I have $100,000 E&O and Bond and I am fully Background Checked. I am vaccinated against Covid 19 with the Moderna vaccine and follow the requirements of the signing company as well as ask the signers for their preferences regarding masks, gloves and location of signing.
I have completed more than 200 successful loan signings and am highly customer/client focused to assure a successful signing for all parties.

I cover Citrus, Hernando, Marion and parts of Levy counties. I have completed signings at private homes, in restaurants, in parking lots, inside and outside.
