I recently signed up with Snap Docs although having been a Notary for 3.5 years. Previous closings have been from referrals from local Title Companies in the Tampa Bay Area. Although I still hold a Mortgage Loan Originator license, this keeps me abreast of new laws, regulations and requirements.
