I have experience working with title companies, loan officers, closing agents, signing agents and borrowers in mortgage loan closings. I also have experience scheduling closings, sending closing packages to signing agents and auditing closing documents, which has allowed me to become familiar with common errors and omissions by signing agents that occur at closing.

I am also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate with 4 years experience working with homebuyers, homesellers, various vendors, lenders, title companies, and attorneys throughout the entire real estate transaction. Previously, I worked in mortgage servicing for 10 years and have gained well-rounded experiences in many aspects of mortgage/real estate closings. My educational background is a Legal Assistant, Bachelor's Degree with Summa Cum Laude Honors.
