I have successfully passed required pre employment background checks from numerous companies through out the US associated for employment as a loan signing agent and a field inspector. I have the training and knowledge to accompany title, escrow, loan officers and real estate agents with process of notarizing imperative/important mortgage documents and executing precise loan signing assignments. I ensure that all signatures, initials, date and notary stamp/seals are accurate. As well as ensuring all privacy laws have been followed.
