As your preferred notary, I will strive to do all of the following: -Be punctual and have open communication. I will arrive to appointments on time and will communicate to signer and signing service if I'm running late and update the signing service company of any and all progress of the appointment. -Be well prepared with the documents, ensuring that I will not print documents double-sided and provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents. -Execute requests and following directions which include completing scanbacks as requested and dropping documents on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 4PM. -During the appointments, I will provide a stress-free environment by not rushing the signers to sign nor provide legal advice. -Perform my notarial duties by notarizing AT the signing and notarizing only if I witness the signer(s) signing the documents.
