Throughout my career, I have amassed extensive experience in preparing, scrutinizing, and managing an array of closing documents pertinent to document authentication, verification, and the finalization of various transactions including HELOC, FHA/VA, USDA, refinances, and purchases.

Recently, I augmented my skill set by obtaining training and certification as an Apostille Courier Agent from The Notary Academy. My primary objective revolves around ensuring strict adherence to pertinent laws, regulations, and contractual agreements governing the document preparation and notarization process. I remain diligently updated on evolving local, state, and federal regulations governing these practices.
