I go over each and every document with scrupulous attention to detail to verify that all signatures, dates and initials are completed and properly filled out. I also triple check important documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to make sure they are filled out properly. If on the rare occasion a mistake is made, I will make it my first priority to fix it for you ASAP! The documents will be returned expeditiously as soon as the signing is complete ( I know all my FedEx drop off times) and will provide updates throughout the whole process.
