Hello! My name is Kathryn Beechuk, and I am a certified loan signing agent, and would be honored to work with your clients. Below you will find my professional experience.

My professional experience has been in the finance industry, automotive as well as in the mortgage industry. In the automotive aspect of my career, I began as an office associate/customer service, made my way into sales, then worked my way up to becoming a finance manager. I truly enjoyed working with our customers and helping them with their automotive needs.

As a mortgage loan originator for a local credit union, I worked with our members from application to closing on their new home, or refinance. My favorite part of this position was working with our first time home buyers, they were nervous and excited all at the same time. I made sure to take time to explain the process, and gave them a lot of one on one attention to help them through this process. It was quite rewarding.

Hiring me for your signing will ensure that your borrower has a smooth, and professional experience. I am a notary with three years mortgage loan signing experience.

The counties that I will cover will be Duval, Clay, Baker, St. Johns and Nassau. Exceptions can be made.
