I strive to have error free signings, by taking the time to verify all signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. Reviewing and checking key documents like the Notice of Right to Cancel for example are filled out correctly. If there ever happens to be a mistake it will always be my top priority to fix it right away. I know that every minute counts in the business, so returning documents promptly after signings are complete is also a priority. I believe keeping in touch from start to finish puts everyone at ease is something that I consider as best practice.
