I am a Certified Signing Agent. My training and experience comes from working with a dedicated and experienced signing agent that has been doing closings the last 10 years and continuing education. I am certified through the NNA with background check clearance. I am State Bonded and Insured. Closings include Reverse Mortgages, HELOCs, Refinances, 1st and 2nd mortgages, New Construction, Debt Settlements, Broker Packages, REO’s, Purchases and E-Signings. Over 400+ closings to date. I am available 7 days a week from 8am - 9pm. I seek any opportunities for loan closings that you may have in the Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding counties of Duval, Clay, Nassau, St. Johns, and Baker.
