I am NNA Background Checked and Certified. My schedule is flexible 6:00am -11:00pm Sunday - Saturday. I am available if needed for same day service. I service Duval and all surrounding counties. I have performed numerous closings, including refinances, seller purchase, reverse mortgages, loan applications, heloc's, loan modifications and I am very knowledgeable with all associated documents, etc. this year including purchases, refi's, heloc's, loan mods and reverse mortgage packages. I am also very dependable, efficient, and up to date on the new Notary laws and strictly adhere to them when representing my clients. I maintain and 4.99% customer rating with my other vendors. I am also available for trailer documents on the Notarize platform trained for Remote Online Notarizations.
