Ten years in healthcare administration shaped this work. A large share of my appointments happen at a
hospital bedside, in a senior living apartment, at a rehab or hospice facility, or at home with someone who
can’t easily travel — the appointments other notaries turn down. I also handle jail and correctional facility
signings, I-9 employment eligibility verification, VIN verifications and DMV paperwork, estate and power of
attorney packages, and same-day courier and recording runs to the Duval County Clerk of Courts.
I take nights, weekends and short-notice appointments, including same-day.
I run the entire appointment in Spanish when that’s what the signer needs, not just greetings. That matters
legally in Florida: a notary may not notarize for a signer who does not understand the document unless its
