Hi, my name is Bilqees Rivas and I am a bilingual (Spanish) Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent in the state of Florida. I became commissioned in 2019 with the National Notary Association and recently completed the NNA Loan Signing Agent Exam. It is safe to say I am fairly new in this industry; however, I know the importance of having all loans stamped, signed, dated, and mailed promptly to respective entities. Before transitioning to public notary I was a former Polk County Tax Collector Deputy. As a clerk that provided state services, I understand the importance of completing error-free transactions for the public and separate entities. This is why I decided to enhance my knowledge by additionally completing the Notary2Pro Loan Signing Course founded by Carol Ray and have successfully passed.

I strongly believe my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ashford University, training received from Notary2 Pro, and experience obtained as a county clerk has strengthened my knowledge and experience in providing error-free transactions and excellent customer service to the public. Furthermore, some of my qualifications consist of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Other attributes I can provide are, detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable. I look forward to servicing the public and various title companies in the Osceola, Orange,etc area.
