I have completed Purchase, Refinance, Seller, Buyer, Lender, Refinance for Current Homes, Manufactured Homes, and New Constructions. The signings have taken place in the following Florida counties: Polk, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, Highlands, Volusia, and Hillsborough. I have done these signings in the signer’s homes, at public restaurants, in offices, and even at a hospital.

Previously, I worked with Wilson Title Services (the title company of Holiday Inn Club Vacations) as a Title Agent recording signed Mortgages, Deeds, and POA with the different counties using the online platform Simplifile and updating owner information and requests on Salesforce. I also worked with Hilton Club Vacations as a Club Counselor emailing and updating owner requests on Polaris and Voice.
