First, I’m a licensed realtor as well as being a notary public and as such I have extensive knowledge and background in not only understanding loan documents but I’m able to explain them to signers when necessary. Though I do prefer to receive the documents with enough time to review them I am adept at handling last minute signings that doesn’t afford the time for review.
