I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a signer to miss a close date or a rate lock, or just cause everyone involved headaches. This is why I am committed to not miss any dates, initials, or signatures. I actually will walk your borrowers through all of the important documents such as the closing disclosure, ATLA, the note, and the deed/mortgage. All the forms will come back completely filled out. Unlike other notary's, I don't just shovel the loan documents in front of the borrower and say, "sign here, I am just a notary." It is important that every borrower is walked through each document and is comfortable signing the loan documents.

For the last 15 years,​ I have been working as a legal administrative specialist to a federal immigration judge. I have the ability to handle simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
