1. Knowledgeable & Detail Oriented: I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete & properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out completely & accurately

2. I take ownership, accountability, responsibility, and exert pride in my work! On the are occasion a mistake is made or identified, I immediately correct it ASAP!

3. I ensure all documents are delivered promptly and on time...I will hand deliver documents directly to escrow (Seminole & Orange counties only), never missing a FedEx deadline. I know all FedEx cutoffs and guarantee on-time mailing EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I NEVER charge extra for urgent or last minute assignments, do not charge extra for edocs, faxbacks, and/or scans. I would love to do your next signing!
