I am a former Law Enforcement Officer for the State of Florida and a former Federal Law Enforcement Officer for NASA. Due to this I a have NDA with NASA with a DOD secret clearance. I currently work as a Community Association Manager "CAM" full time in Longwood FL. I also work for the USMS as a contracted detention officer with a tier 2 public trust position. I am available to do both a traditional in person notary and a Remote Online Notary "RON" on Blue Notary. I am available Sunday - Friday. I will not be able to be reached from Friday 1:00pm to Sunday at 11:00 am. Due to religious reasons. I have a single tray ink jet printer. I am working as a notary in my spear time to test the waters. As of now I mainly deal with HOAs and NOCs for contractors and POAs and living wills. I am not a Loan Signing Agent.
