My name is Lisa Gems and I am the owner of Gems Notary Services. I am a mother of three, Loan Signing Agent, Realtor® and Entrepreneur.

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent of 20+ years and I have worked in the law field as a paralegal. These experiences provide me with a great understanding of what is needed to assist in executing documents and packages.

My background check is completed and I am loan signing certified through the NNA. I provide general notary, real estate closing, mobile signing services and recently have been approved for remote online notary through the State of Florida. RON services will be available soon.

I am able to provide experience in seller and buyer packages, POA, and general notarizations for affidavits, quitclaim deeds, notice of commencement, permitting affidavits, medical forms, witness signatures and bill of sale.

My dedication to my clients, title companies and referring services is of the utmost importance. My goal is to provide fast, accurate, and efficient document notarization signings. I know that time is of the essence so I will complete all the necessary steps in a very timely manner so that the document(s) can be processed as quickly as possible. My hours of operation are Monday thru Sunday 9 am to 6 pm with a flexible schedule if needed. I understand that sometimes things are needed quickly so I am open to reasonable extended hours if needed.

I provide services in the following Central Florida counties: Seminole, portions of Volusia, and portions of Orange including Winter Park, Downtown Orlando and Apopka. Please inquire if the area is within proximity but not listed. I am willing to travel to many locations including but not limited to: title company offices, businesses, law offices, courthouses, banks, residences, home offices, medical facilities, nursing homes, hospice centers, hospitals, or any agreed upon location.

I am currently bonded & insured with Errors and Omissions Insurance of $1,000,000. I look forward to assisting with your notarial needs.
