With every document that is signed, I review it several times to ensure that signatures, initials, and dates are properly executed. I also ensure that Notices of Right to Cancel and 1003 forms are filled out properly, especially knowing that this is a common mistake amongst agents.

Additionally, mistakes happen, even among the best agents. If a mistake does occur, I will ensure that they are fixed IMMEDIATELY.

Knowing that these documents are time-sensitive and could potentially cause a rate lock to expire, I strive to have the documents delivered AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If I am able to have the documents delivered within operating business hours, I will do so. Not only will I have everything either delivered in office the same day (if within business hours), but I will FEDEX them, if necessary, the same day, as well as have full contact throughout the entire process.
