My name is Gendia Fleurinord and I'm a Licensed Loan Signing Agent/Notary Public based in the Greater Broward Area. I'm the founder/owner of " Fast GF Notary Services " My goal is to provide excellent customer services, a knowledgeable service and the ability to find experienced notaries wherever and whenever they are needed.

Fast GF Notary Services will triple check all documents for signatures, dates and initials. A comprehensive summary of each document will be provided, in which more specific questions will be directed back to the Signing Service and/or Lender.

Each signer will receive 2 copies of the "Notice of Right to Cancel" and an appropriate explanation of the Recession Period. We also won't forget to have them check the box above their signature.

Scan backs will be provided immediately after the appointment. Fast GF Notary Services is always in constant communication with the Signing Services and/or Lender from start to finish. Any mishaps will be immediately rectified!
