Loan Signing Agent since 2006 I carefully go over each document to ensure signatures, dates and initials are complete before I leave the client. I double check the key documents such as the Notice of the Right to Cancel and the 1003 to ensure no missed signatures.

If I make a mistake on an extremely rare occasion, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.

All documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as signing is complete if not requiring a fax back. I Google FedEx locations before signing and make note of the last drop off times.
