For the past 13 years, I have worked in the legal and/or compliance departments of large organizations in the mortgage banking or consumer finance industries. My familiarity with legal documents (e.g., Mortgage Closing Documents, Deeds, POA’s, Debt Resolution Presentations, etc.) requiring notarization is vast. I am currently in my second commission as a Florida Notary Public and have notarized a voluminous amount documents in various settings. I am comfortable facilitating mortgage closings and similar processes. I am flexible and readily available to conduct signings in a professional manner at your convenience. My primary service area is Greater Orlando (e.g., Orange, Seminole, and Lake Counties); however, on occasion I do cover Sumter, Volusia, and Osceola Counties.
