I am very diligent in reviewing each document to ensure that signature, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as: Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to be sure they are properly completed.

If on rare occasion a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and take corrective action.

As soon as the signing is complete I will return documents in a timely fashion considering the drop off times for my areas Fedex locations. I am huge on communication so I will definitely keep you informed throughout the process.
