I have closed thousands of loans as either a Notary Closing Agent, Closing Officer, Title Agent or Paralegal on behalf of a Law Office. I am extremely familiar with the closing process, how to conduct a closing, and confident I can have all closing documents properly executed, notarized with seal and properly packaged for return. I have a printer/copier and am able to retrieve, print and copy all necessary closing documents. I live in Rural North Florida and I am available to travel for closings/signing throughout the North Florida Region. I can cover most of North Florida, from Ocala to Jacksonville, Amelia Island up to Georgia Line on I95, over to Tallahassee and beyond, on the West Coast of Florida and South. I cover from Interstate 10, North to the Georgia Line and South to the West Coast / Gulf area. If you have a special or rural area, I may be able to accommodate so please ask.
