I am a full-time, NNA certified, background-checked, Notary Signing Agent I am pleased to service all of Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. I have a varied and eclectic background with credentials encompassing long tenure in real estate, finance, and investment banking.

My experience in real estate dates back 20 years. Having been a licensed real estate associate for the past 8 years I have listed homes, represented buyers, and attended countless closings. Prior to this, as a Board of Directors member of a mega-billion-dollar, NYSE-listed, international real estate company I was Chair of the Audit Committee where I evaluated financial statements and shared in the oversight of hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate investment in Europe and North America.

Financial expertise, attention to detail in document processing, dedication to the needs of the client, and excellent personal skills characterize my experience and professionalism. Prior to real estate I was an executive and investment banker at major securities firms (VP, Goldman Sachs).

My passion is excellence and helping people achieve their goals and objectives. To that end, I recognize that signing agents manage and set the stage for the last step in the home buying process--the close. Participants are notably enthusiastic about seeing the process close with the transfer of home ownership. Nevertheless, there is always some trepidation. As a closing agent my mission is to create a professional atmosphere in which the close proceeds effortlessly, participants are at ease, confident, and informed as to what is happening and educated pursuant to all the documents signed.

Furthermore, I fully recognize that in the closing process I represent the lender/title company, and it is incumbent upon me to be professional so as to enhance the image and reputation of these parties.
