I am familiar with Closings and all Notarial Acts. My experience includes Purchase, Refinance, Second Mortgages, HELOCs, VA, Construction, Private Money and Reverse Mortgages. I also travel to assisted living sites to notarize documents as required.

Most of my work is in Brevard County but I am a willing to travel to other nearby counties as needed. My availability are from the hours of 6am-9pm.
