I received my Florida Notary Commission in 1981. I am a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) and a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP). I have extensive experience with commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions preparing all documents from contract to closing in Broward and Palm Beach counties (FL). I have conducted over 300 closings either supporting the closing agent (attorney/title agent) and/or notarizing the closing documents. I also provided mobile notary services from 2011 - 2014 with such companies as Global Notary and ServiceLink for refinanced loans. I have maintained an active and current Florida real estate salespersons license since 1989.
