I'm NNA & LSS certified. I have E/O Insurance of $100000. I’m knowledgeable and detail oriented of all loan signing documents. I meticously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly.

If on rare occasions a mistake is made, I will stop what I’m doing and fix it ASAP.

The documents will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is complete (I know all my local FedEX/UPS drop off times) and will keep you informed throughout the whole process.
