I have owned a non-lawyer document preparation service and have been a notary for over 30 years. I am very familiar with closing documents and have had a lot of experience with those documents and how they need to be executed. I have in the past prepared deeds, mortgages, real estate contracts (since I used to be a realtor). I have completed many signings. I have a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and received it in 1988. I can do closings for Merritt Island, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Rockledge, Titusville, Port St. John, Sharpes, and Viera.
