I am a retired Director of Global Credit of a very large multinational company. During my tenor as a mid and top level manager in the companies with whom I worked, I dealt with many important and sensitive legal documents. I recently received my notary commission and would like to engage in the practice of serving the public during my retirement.

I received an Undergraduate degree in Finance from Florida International University and Masters of International Business Administration (MIBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University. I enjoyed approximately 17 years, at Cargill Inc. where I pioneered the international credit department, managing approximately 16 business units with a portfolio of approximately $3 Billion (USD) of USA-originated sales to Latin America and the rest of the world. I worked very closely with Cargill’s Trade and Structured Finance Group (TSF), developing risk mitigation strategies such as government insured programs and other conventional risk mitigants to minimize Cargill’s exposure while increasing sales to Emerging Markets. I worked at ED&F Man Sugar, and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and for 10 years, was the Director of Global Credit at Brightstar Corp., responsible for customer risk management of over $5 billion (USD) in revenues and more than 7,000 customers globally.
