I am a Mobile Notary and Loan Signing Agent in the State of Florida. I am NNA certified, background checked and carry 100k Errors & Commission insurance. My goal is to provide a friendly, guided experience for the borrower while remaining an impartial witness. I pride myself on facilitating a smooth real estate closing with professionalism, punctuality and clear communication throughout the process.

I understand that an incomplete signing can cause funding delays. Therefore, I will diligently manage the closing process attentively and adhere to the following:

• Arrive at appointments on time
• Provide borrowers with single-sided copies of the loan documents
• Confirm the borrower’s identity using proper identification
• Check documents to ensure no signatures, dates, or initials are omitted
• Perform all notarizations in person
• Proper administration of oaths
• The US Patriot Act is accurately completed and signed
• Timely shipment of all documentation after the signing (or first thing the following morning) via FedEx/UPS
• I am equipped to handle e-docs, high-volume printing, and scan-backs as requested
• Will not provide legal advice and no signer will be coerced
• Respect signer’s cultural background
• I understand that if I make a mistake, I am solely responsible for making the corrections and returning the documents overnight at my expense
• I adhere to the guidelines in the NNA Handbook for Florida Notaries

I am a full-time notary available 24/7, including evenings and weekends. I am willing to travel to borrower’s homes, offices, or neutral locations across the Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
